How do I arrange my Timetable?In 2007 all subjects will use the Alloc8 system of tutorial allocation. This means that you will be automatically placed into a tutorial, and can access your timetable online. 2. How do I confirm my place in a tutorial?To confirm your place in a tutorial, you must access & print your timetable the week before semester begins. >3. How Do I Access & Print My Personal Timetable?
4. What If I Need To Change My Timetable?You may change your timetable through the Alloc8 system until the change period ends. After that, see the Undergraduate Administration Officer. 5. How do I find out where my classes are held?You can find this information online through the Student Information System (SIS). 6. How do I access my timetable for subjects not on Alloc8?In 2007, ALL subjects will have tutorials allocated through Alloc8. 7. What should I do if I have problems with my timetable?You use the EDIT function on Alloc8 in the first instance. Sometimes this may not be successful if the class is full or if you have a clash. See the Undergraduate Administration Officer if you have a problem with timetable clashes or with making changes. |
